Resource Partner Information

Northwest Ohio Human Resource Association (NOHRA), representing over 300 Human Resource Professionals throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, is excited to provide sponsorship opportunities to the many wonderful Human Resource related Resource Partners in our area.  Listed below is a menu of sponsorships available for payment online - or click on the "Registration" form link below.

1. KEY SPONSORSHIP  (NEW FEATURES!) - $1300

A Key Sponsorship is a year-long partnership between your business and NOHRA.  By providing your on-going support to our organization, we offer you excellent business exposure.  Key Sponsors will be given first priority on available ad-space for the membership directory and website.  As a Key Sponsor you will receive:

• Acknowledgement as a Key Sponsor with logo at all NOHRA General Membership meetings, on NOHRA's website, and on all NOHRA email communications to members.
• Acknowledgement as General Membership Meeting Sponsor for one (1) business meeting.  Your logo will be in all meeting announcements and social media posts sent to all members, and on the meeting registration page on our website.  Also includes: Recognition at the meeting, vendor table set up in meeting room, opportunity to distribute materials on all meeting tables, and speak for 2-5 minutes about your business at your sponsored meeting.  Two company representatives may attend the selected meeting at no charge.
• Acknowledgement as Food Sponsor at one (1) business meeting.  This includes recognition in the meeting announcements sent to all members and recognition at the meeting, with signage on food tables.  Two company representatives may attend the selected meeting at no charge.
• Featured in NOHRA Key Sponsor Spotlight on all of NOHRA's social media, posted prior to General Membership Meeting that is sponsored. Sponsor will work with NOHRA Communications Chair to develop posting with applicable materials and/or 1-2 minute video.
• Receive invitation to additional sponsorship opportunities that become available, prior to other organizations.
• Receive invitation to become Key Sponsor again the following year, prior to other organizations.

  ** Please provide two giveaways valued at $25 each for the general meeting to be raffled off to members, benefitting NOHRA's scholarship program.

 

2. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING SPONSOR - $400

A General Meeting Sponsorship is a one-time commitment between your business and NOHRA.  As a General Meeting Sponsor, you will receive:

• Acknowledgement as General Membership Meeting Sponsor for one (1) business meeting.  Your logo will be in all meeting announcements and social media posts sent to all members, and on the meeting registration page on our website.  Also includes: Recognition at the meeting, vendor table set up in meeting room, opportunity to distribute materials on all meeting tables, and speak for 2-5 minutes about your business at your sponsored meeting.  Two company representatives may attend the selected meeting at no charge.
• ** Please provide two giveaways valued at $25 each for the general meeting to be raffled off to members, benefitting NOHRA's scholarship program.

Sponsor two (2) General Member Meetings and save! ($300 each meeting)	$         600.00

3. FOOD SPONSOR - $250

A Food Sponsorship is a one-time commitment between your business and NOHRA.  As a Food Sponsor, you will receive:

• Your logo will be in all meeting announcements and social media posts sent to all members, and on the meeting registration page on our website.
• Acknowledgement as the Food Sponsor at the selected business meetings, with signage on food tables.  One company representative may attend the selected meeting at no charge.

7. NOHRA SCHOLARSHIP FUND (NEW!)

NOHRA is committed to the success of the local HR community. NOHRA provides (2) Roger Elrod Eduation Award scholarships to deserving students studying HR in our area each year. Additionally, NOHRA will be sponsoring 2 NOHRA members to take their Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification exams this year.

• Presenting sponsor of student scholarships. Recognition and logo displayed on all promotion materials related to scholarships (social media posts, NOHRA website, meeting materials, etc.) - $500
• Presenting sponsor of SHRM certification exams. Recognition and logo displayed on all promotion materials related to scholarships (social media posts, NOHRA website, meeting materials, etc.). - $500

 

8. ADVERTISE ON NOHRA'S WEBSITE! (NEW!) - $300

NOHRA's website, www.toledoshrm.org, offers its members and the general public information about our organization. Our members visit this site on a regular basis to register for all meetings, conferences, and events, receive updated news, and view job postings. Gain exposure for your business by displaying a banner ad on the website for one quarter (3 months).  As a Website Sponsor, you will receive:

• A banner that displays on the Home page of NOHRA for the entire quarter, with a clickable link to your website.
• Email sent to membership recognizing the organization at beginning of the quarter, directing them to the banner on our website.
• Sponsor two (2) Quarters and Save -$500
• Sponsor the entire year and save even more! - $900
