Our Human Resources team is currently seeking a full-time Accessibility and Inclusion Administrator who is passionate about learning new things and giving our guests the best possible experience. This position is a hands-on, roll-up-your sleeves role. Under general supervision, they are responsible for all aspects of the Zoo’s inclusion and accessibility strategy and execution, including Zoo for All. They collaborate across Zoo departments in meeting responsibilities of making the zoo more accessible. In addition, they work with external customers to promote the Zoo for All program. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, is hourly non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and requires forty hours per the scheduled work week.
