Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager at Gross Electrical Supply oversees all core HR functions to support a compliant, positive, and effective workplace. This role manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and HR compliance while serving as the primary HR resource for employees and leadership. The position ensures adherence to employment laws, maintains HR systems and records, and supports supervisors with performance management and workforce planning. The HR Manager also promotes company values, coordinates employee engagement initiatives, and supports organizational development across the company, with occasional travel to branch locations as needed.
