The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for delivering exceptional people-focused services to support the college's strategic goals, and for supporting the day-to-day excellence of the Human Resources department. The generalist will work closely and well with people, including potential and current employees and hiring managers, with a primary focus on recruitment, hiring and on-boarding employees. The generalist will understand the college's ongoing and long-term needs for hiring, including supporting managers' needs and advising them on the recruitment process.
