The Human Resources Generalist for Benefits and Wellness is responsible for delivering exceptional people-focused services to support the college's strategic goals, and for supporting the day-to-day excellence of the Human Resources department. The generalist will work closely and well with a wide range of people throughout the employee-career cycle, from recruitment to retirement. The generalist will oversee benefits and wellness administration, with responsibility for college benefit policies and legal reporting requirements, and will be responsible for representing the college's interests with and overseeing the work of wellness and benefits vendors.
