The Senior Analyst, Workday Integrations will design, build, test and support our internal and external Workday integrations. This position will also assist the HRIS team with functional configuration work as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Integrations from the Workday HRIS system to other systems, both internal and external to the organization.
- Builds programs and integrations utilizing applications such as Workday Studio, EIB’s, Core Connectors, Web Services, BIRT, and technologies such as XML, XSLT.
- Manage resolution of integration related issues, partnering with internal and external teams to resolve.
- Build and edit custom reports within Workday, including calculated fields
- Translate business needs into requirements & technical specifications
- Writes technical specifications, testing scripts, and mapping/process documents
- Continuously assess existing integrations to deliver performance improvements while reducing complexity
- Engages with 3rd party vendors, when needed, for integration builds, designs, and troubleshooting of current integrations

- Scoping, Configuration, Implementation and Maintenance within Workday Modules (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Compensation, Talent Management, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or other relevant discipline
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- 6+ years' experience in Workday implementation/configuration support
- Workday experience using Cloud Connect, EIB’s, Calculated Fields, Report Writing, BIRT, CCW, and Workday Studio
- Extensive knowledge of SOAP, REST, WSDL, SFTP, data encryption, XML/XSLT, etc
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with people and individuals at various levels within the organization
- Comfortable working as part of a connected team, but self-motivated
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Experience integrating with SAP system and or / experience with SAP / ABAP development language a plus
- Workday certification is a plus
