We have a need for Project Managers across the country and are looking for a high-level addition with the skill set and leadership ability to take our Recruiting team to the next level. Our ideal candidate meets or exceeds the stated requirements and, in addition, possesses a high EI which has led them to success in leadership roles working with a team of varying skill levels. The candidate would be a self-starter who works well in an unstructured environment and loves a challenge.

The GPRS Senior Recruiting Manager, under the leadership of the Human Resources Director, will oversee GPRS’s Recruiting staff. They will work to determine best practices in reporting, planning and strategy for recruiting and hiring. The Manager will work alongside their team on finding great candidates to fill open positions throughout the organization.
·Gain a clear understanding of GPRS and it’s hiring needs
·Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
·Create and suggest new and effective sourcing, interviewing procedures and techniques
Identify new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates
·Mentor and coach existing Recruiting staff
·Communicate with internal clients and stakeholders to understand our unique national hiring needs
·Educate GPRS Hiring Managers to empower interviewing and hiring success
Collaborate with Marketing to create and maintain an effective employer brand social media communication strategy
Effectively use the GPRS ATS to track candidates, data and team communication then use that information to effect positive change as needed
What we need you to bring to the table:
Proven leadership skill in the Recruiting field
10+ years of Recruiting experience with proven record of successful sourcing, hiring and managing a team
Exceptional work ethic
Solid understanding of legal and fair employment practices
Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
Recruiting experience in Construction or related industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred, will accept experience in lieu of degree
